Thematic lecture reuse as an attitude and magazine launch of the latest issue of SMART CITIES about technologies and concepts for more efficient city management, whose current and last theme is recycling. The lecture and article covered the value of green spaces in Berlin on the example of Tempelhof Airport in Berlin (Helena Doudová) in the context of reuse. The exemplary project Platttenvereinigung, a pavilion made of recycled concrete panels, was introduced by its author Robert K. Huber, a member of the zukunftsgeraeusche GbR, an association of architects and theoreticians, who have been active in the Tempelhof area since 2011. The reuse attitude is the principle of their architectural practice, oriented towards recycling, reuse and upcycling in several levels – cultural, material and educational.
